Sure, we're basically at the end of April, but for those who haven't yet tried Strictly Cookies' salted butterscotch concoctions, this post is for you! 

First up, we have our Salted Butterscotch cookie. A true favorite of mine, this sweet and salty treat is made with butterscotch we make in-house, and then topped with butterscotch *crunchies* we've crisped up in the oven. These fresh baked beauties attempt to- nay, succeed in!- satisfying all of your dessert cravings.

But! That's not all.
Enter, ze Salted Butterscotch Ice Cream Sandwich:

Two of our salted butterscotch cookies sandwich creamy vanilla ice cream, and then we sprinkle those famous butterscotch crunchies along the edges to create an even MORE satisfying/mind bending/tastebud confusing texture. The sweet and salty combo of the cookies paired with the creaminess of the vanilla ice cream creates one decadent treat (if I could add a winky emoji here, I would.)
