PLEASE NOTE: we will be closed for CNY Feb 12-14, so we can deliver these either on the 11th or 15th. They will keep fresh until the 14th if baked on the 11th, but if you’re extra worried, they also freeze super well, so you can pop it in the freezer upon delivery, and then take it out to room temp 3-5 hours before consuming OR pop it in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
